How to cut a round cake (1 of 2)

For 6" and smaller rounds this is how I suggest doing it on the 1st cake. For the 2nd cake, I suggest cutting it that way for 7-9" rounds. When it is bigger than a 9" round, you keep cutting concentric circles approx 2" in until you get to the center.
