How to clear blockages in the artery in your heart

Clogged arteries do not cause any symptoms until a major event, such as a heart attack or stroke, occurs. When the artery is blocked by 70% or more, the buildup of plaque may cause symptoms that include: Chest pain. Shortness of breath and lead to a heart attack or stroke. Arteries are blood vessels that carry blood rich in oxygen throughout your body. They go to your brain as well as to the tips of your toes.
