9 Beauty Rules No Royal Lady Would Ever Break

Every girl (or almost every girl) wants to become a princess, and in case it’s impossible by blood or by marriage, you can still look and behave like one if you follow some simple rules of the royalty. Somehow, the royal ladies' outfits, hair, and makeup always look flawless no matter what. The reason is these secret beauty rules that royal women continue to live by every day to always look perfect. If you want to look like a princess, your makeup should look absolutely natural. To achieve this, you can apply some concealer and a matte foundation. A filler will help you to define your eyebrows. Apply some light matte eyeshadow. Coat your eyelashes with two layers of mascara. If you want to look like a royal lady, visit a nail studio on a regular basis or care about your nails at home. It's obvious that royal ladies have professionals working on their hair, cutting, treating, coloring, and styling it. But even without a team of professionals, you can take a good care of your hair. Visit hair salon at least several times a month to have your hair professionally cut and colored. As for a royal outfit, the main rule here is the mixture of conservatism and elegant fashion. Princesses are famous for their classic and chic style of dress. However, that doesn't mean that you can't choose clothes as smart and stylish as royal ladies wear. You need to learn to handle everything that comes your way with grace. Don't hurry to react negatively, compose yourself, breath in, breath out. Don't forget about the way you stand, sit, and move. If you stand, your posture should be straight. If you sit, one ankle should be put behind the other one or your knees and ankles should be pressed together and slightly slanted to one side. Avoid slouching by all means. 12 Gestures That Make You 100% Less Attractive

Even the best look that took forever to create can be ruined by bad body language. This instinctual nonverbal “messenger” is still the main factor that influences how others perceive us and can make people like you or, on the contrary, make you totally unattractive. Here's a quick guide to some gestures you should avoid to always look your best. Gripping your arm behind your back sends a strong negative signal to those around you. The higher you grab your arm, the angrier you seem to people. Hiding your hands in your pockets means a lot of things, which is why it’s important to interpret body language as a whole. But in most cases people put their hands in their pockets when they're nervous. Clasped hands resting on the table is a mini-version of crossing your arms over your chest. Sitting with your fingers laced together and your hands raised off the table sends the same message: “I’m shutting myself off, and I don’t want to talk to you.” Instead of slouching, straighten your back, look ahead of you, and pick your feet up when you walk. These tips will improve your appearance even more than a new suit or a stunning dress! While we usually put our hands on the lips simply because we don’t know where to put our hands, it’s still a pretty intimidating pose to see on a conversation partner. We unconsciously touch our mouth when we're lying and many people know this. Also, when you cover your mouth, it can be hard to understand what you're saying. Clinching your hands looks like you’re literally about to punch someone in the face or you’re ready to defend yourself. Eye contact could be the most important part of communication. If you tend to maintain too much eye contact or you simply want to avoid doing so, try to fidget with something every once in a while, maybe lint on your pants or something in your salad. Just don’t overdo the fake distractions because you’ll seem impolite. There have been a lot of cool psychological studies on this topic, but to keep it short: we copy people who we like, and we like people who copy us. I’ll probably disagree anyway!” -Unless you’re actually hitch-hiking, don’t point your thumb behind you while talking to someone. This gesture can often be regarded as a sign of disrespect. -Clinching your hands reveals hidden anger and fear. -You shouldn't cover your mouth with your hand when you talk because the person you're speaking with might think that you're hiding something. -We often shake our fingers at someone when we really want to convince someone of our point of view on a certain matter. -Smile sincerely, don’t force or fake it. Eye contact is key. Tilt your head. Use your brows. “Mirror” the person you're talking to. Have you ever had to use psychological tricks to get what you want? There are a lot of psychological tricks and neuro-linguistic programming tips and there are millions of books and articles written about them. Many of these tricks really help professionals manipulate people and avoid being tricked by others. But are there tips that non-professionals can use on a daily basis? Psychology is a science with certain laws one cannot ignore. Modern marketing specialists, entrepreneurs, and even swindlers realize that. Bright Side offers a few psychological tricks you can use in everyday life to make it much easier and more exciting for you to reach your goals. It can cause the other person to subconsciously assume that this is a theoretical question - If you ever want someone to feel uncomfortable, look at the middle of their forehead during the conversation. - If someone you're talking to is trying to avoid answering a question, just make a pause in the conversation while still keeping eye contact. - When asking a question that you want an affirmative answer to, try to nod subtly as you make your request. This trick is often used by restaurants employees to make guests buy more food, and it’s pretty effective! - If a person is really concentrated on a task (let's say they're in the middle of a serious phone conversation), you can extend your hand to them and get anything they’re holding at the moment. - If you want somebody to do something for you, casually say how they probably wouldn’t even be able to do it. Most people will try really hard to prove someone wrong when it comes to doubting their capabilities. - Here’s a good one for negotiations. If you like a person's offer in general but would like to get better conditions, pretend to be a little bit disappointed. - As soon as your alarm clock goes off, sit up, make two fists, and yell "Yeah!" as if you’re a soccer player who's just scored a goal. It sounds bizarre, but it really does help you easily get out of bed feeling refreshed. - If a person tries to pull you into an argument or some drama, say something nice to them. The ol’ “kill ‘em with kindness” trick really does stop them in their tracks. - If you have that one lazy person on your team that slows the whole work process down, don't give them tasks by saying "Do this." It’s better to say "Start with this." - If someone is staring at you in the subway (happens all-too often, right?), just look at their shoes. Don't give up, keep gazing! It’ll drive them crazy! - If someone has done something wrong, but you don’t wanna sound too accusing, change the way you construct your sentences. - If you didn't get a good night's sleep, tell yourself that you did. I know, it sounds like nonsense, but it does work 100% if you say it with meaning! - People are better at remembering what happened at the beginning and end of the day. As for anything that went on in between, it gets blurry. Everyday Problems You know that slimy soap residue that builds up in the soap dish? Here’s a way to keep it off the soap. Just put rubber bands on either side of the soap dish. Your soap will be suspended in air, and slime free. Don’t you hate it when a book won’t stay open while you’re reading? Especially new books cause this problem. Here’s a quick solution. Grab a hanger with clips on the bottom. Clip it to your book. Now your book will stay open, hands free. That’s much better. Sometimes, packaging is really hard to open. But here’s a trick to make it a breeze. Put a bit of nail polish remover onto a q-tip. Then apply the nail polish remover to the back of the cardboard packaging, where it is glued to the plastic. The nail polish remover acts as a glue solvent, making it easy to pop open the package with hardly any effort at all. Can’t get the candy package open? Use two coins. Put a coin on either side of the packaging, right next to each other. Then tear the package in opposite directions. Enjoy! This works for large packages as well as the small ones. Want to close the package back up when you’re done? Grab a wide straw. Fold it in half and cut the corners of the folded part. Open up the straw and cut the top-middle section out. Cut open one half of the straw and spread it open. Wrap the candy wrapper around the straw section that is still intact. Fold the straw over and clip the open ended side of the straw over the package. So simple and easy, right? Is your butter too cold for spreading? Here’s a quick butter hack. Pour some hot water into a glass. Let it sit for a minute to get the glass nice and hot. Put a pat of butter onto a plate. Once your glass has been thoroughly heated up, pour the water out and put the glass over the butter. This will warm the butter, making it easier to spread. Trust us, it makes a big difference. Here’s an easy way to open a container of milk without spilling. Pull open the flaps, then pull gently on the corners. No need to cry over spilled milk! Clip the milk container back together with a chip clip.

How to choose clothes that suit you? “Dress shabbily, and they remember the dress; dress impeccably, and they remember the woman,” Coco Chanel said. It’s hard to disagree with her because clothes are a very important part of our image.

The middle button on a jacket should always be closed.
When you are wearing a shirt or a blouse, you can unbutton no more than 2 buttons.
Wear earrings that match your bracelet and a necklace that goes well with your ring.
The tip of your tie should reach your waist and cross it just a little.
Opt for either a miniskirt or cleavage. Both at once look too vulgar.
If you are wearing a shirt without a jacket, you don’t need a tie.
Your office shirt cleavage should not be deeper than 4″ from your collarbone.
If you tucked in your shirt, you should wear a belt.
Your naked skin should not be seen between your cardigan and your jeans. Wear a top if necessary.
Your belt should be the same color as your shoes.
All visible tags on clothes should be cut off.
Don’t wear too many prints.
Your socks should be long enough that your naked legs aren’t seen when you are sitting.
An office blouse without sleeves should cover your shoulders.

Share these tips with a friend of yours who is going to an important job interview or a coworker who is having trouble choosing a tie. Make the world around you a little better!
