Boring blouse to side tie tank. Refashion/upcyling old RTW.

I had a boring sleeveless blouse that had a lot of problems. It’s RTW and I purchased it YEARS ago in New Zealand. The only reason I kept it is the loveliness of the fabric (rayon challis). Now it’s wearable! Follow me on IG https://www.instagram.com/liftingpinsandneedles Contact me: liftingpinsandneedles@gmail.com

Saving some me-mades I wasn’t wearing 👍🏼

There are quite a few pieces in my wardrobe that are just not being chosen when I reach in there. I always LOVE the fabrics.... it’s the styles that are sometimes just not me. I decided to transform a few of these items into more wearable styles. Follow me on IG https://www.instagram.com/liftingpinsandneedles Contact me: liftingpinsandneedles@gmail.com

Fringe Top/dress re-release (Chalk & Notch). +sizes and cups 😉.

The fringe dress and top by Chalk and notch has been re-released in sizes 0-24 US and with two bodice options: A/B cup size and C/D cup sizes. Direct link to Chalk and Notch (Non-affiliate): https://www.chalkandnotch.com/shop/fringe/ DISCLOURE: the pattern was provided to me without cost in exchange for testing the new adaptations to the cup sizes and providing feedback. I always purchase my own fabric. My specifics: * Size 14. Reference 5ft 8", 41.5-34-44 *View A, top, short sleeve cuff for both *Rayon for one and crepe for the other *Lowered the side bust dart by 1" to match my apex *Shortened the front waist dart by 1" to match my apex *Decided to forgo top-stitching at the neckline due to my fabric choice *Added an extra button to make 4, instead of three As I mentioned, the gathering at the waist is slight. I don't find it adds bulk to the area. I’ve mentioned many times that I LOVE refashioning and up-cycling thrifted clothes. I took the great opportunity to go thrift shopping in Chile so I could have the materials to work on at home.

One of these pieces you will be seeing VERY soon!

Lots of exciting things coming up, so stay tuned friends.
