Your Body Is Acidic. Here’s What You NEED To Do. The Real Truth Behind Cancer. Have you Ever heard of Dr. Otto H. Warburg? Unless you or your family member has suffered from cancer and tried to cure it naturally, his name and research probably won’t ring a bell. Dr. Warburg is a Nobel prize winner best known for his work on the process of oxidation and the metabolism of tumors. According to the Nobel Prize Committee, “he has shown, among other things, that cancerous cells can live and develop, even in the absence of oxygen”. As you know, oxygen is essential for all life to thrive and survive. The fact that cancerous cells can thrive without it is perplexing, so here’s a little breakdown on how it works. Dr. Warburg discovered that “tumor cells obtain the energy required for their existence in two ways: by respiration [a process that requires oxygen] and by fermentation [an anaerobic process]. In respiration they burn organic materials to carbon dioxide and water; in fermentation they split glucose to lactic acid. Both carbon dioxide and lactic acid are acidic, meaning that cancer cells essentially thrive in an acidic environment. When tumors occur in oxygen-deprived environments, a protein called CHCHD4 triggers the release of HIF (hypoxia-inducible factor), a dimeric protein complex that encourages blood vessel formation around the tumor as well as tumor migration. This allows the tumor to continue to grow and spread throughout the body. Aggressive diseases like pancreatic cancers and gliomas (a form of brain tumor) contain higher levels of CHCHD4 than other cancers. “Summarized in a few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar. All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes.” Explained the Nobel Laureate. Dr. Waburg also noted that all the tumors he studied behaved the same, meaning that there is, in fact, a cure-all way to fighting cancer. “In order to kill tumor cells through want of energy it is necessary to stop respiration as well as fermentation.” He noted that all tumors studied at the time behaved the same. Since tumor cells have two ways of obtaining energy, starving them of glucose isn’t the best way to win the fight. Dr. Waburg suggested that “In order to kill tumor cells through want of energy it is necessary to stop respiration as well as fermentation.” The Acid-Alkaline Balance. Since cancer thrives in an acidic environment, one of the easiest ways to fight it is by making your body more alkaline. Acidic foods like dairy, red meat, refined grains and sugar are believed to contribute towards higher rates of cancer diagnosis and death because they contribute towards acidosis, a state in which your bodily fluids and/or tissues become too acidic. This state can lead to diseases like multiple sclerosis, high cholesterol, arrhythmia, immunodeficiency disorders, joint pain, osteoporosis, lethargy, chronic illness, heart disease, and diabetes. On the other hand, eating more alkaline foods, like fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help reverse the condition and improve overall health and wellbeing. Staying hydrated, well rested, and calm, and breathing deeply can also improve the condition. Two of the most powerful tools for alkalizing your body include lemon juice and baking soda. Baking Soda, or sodium bicarbonate, is produced by your pancreas to neutralize excess acid in the digestive system. Multiple people have found that they were able to cure their own cancer by ingesting baking soda. Lemon Juice although lemon juice is acidic on the pH scale, it can actually be used to make water more alkaline. Here’s how to combine these ingredients for a simple cancer-fighting drink! Ingredients: Two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice or organic apple cider vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Instructions: Combine the baking soda into a tall glass containing the lemon juice until it stops fizzing. Pour roughly 8 ounces of water into the glass. Whether it’s a delicious funnel cake from the county fair or an order of fries at a restaurant, the amount of fried foods we consume each year is significant. Whether we’re frying foods or simply incorporating oil into a recipe, we need to be conscious of the cooking oils we consume. After all, oil can clog arteries and create significant long-term health issues. The worst cooking oils we can incorporate into our diet are processed vegetable oils such as corn, canola, cottonseed, sunflower, and soy. older people and heart patients should never use these oils in their diet. Aside from their extraction from genetically modified crops, these oils are infused with petroleum-based chemical components. Aside from the five oils i spoke of, you’ll want to avoid anything that’s “partially hydrogenated,” such as vegetable and soybean oil. These fats are extra-saturated and lead to the “bad” cholesterol, which increases the likelihood for heart disease and other health issues. Healthy Oils for Cooking. Even though many oils can damage your heart, brain, and skin, there are many cooking oils that actually help you live a healthy lifestyle. Of course, one of the healthiest oils you can consume is olive oil, though you probably shouldn’t use this in your cooking. Remember, 70-80 percent of the fat found in olive oil is monounsaturated, meaning that it’s relatively high in MUFA content, which lowers reactivity. In other words, it’s not the most ideal oil for higher cooking temperatures, despite its other health benefits. Unlike oils that are processed from seeds, avocado oil is taken from the tree itself and includes many of the benefits that the fresh fruit does. Coconut oil boasts incredible benefits for your hair, skin, and cholesterol levels. In fact, used in moderation, coconut oil can even increase bone strength, improve high blood pressure, and help regulate blood sugar for those suffering with diabetes. But only few know that it is actually a dangerous practice.

It’s common knowledge that washrooms are full of germs and bacteria, especially public restrooms. At home the risks are low, particularly if we clean the bathroom regularly.

But in public facilities there’s no way to know just how clean the toilet and surrounding furnishings are. They may look clean, but every flush of a toilet sends microscopic germs and excrement into the air which eventually land on the surrounding walls and fixtures. Even if you wash your hands, you could still pick up bacteria from the faucet or door handle.

These germs can transmit salmonella, E. Coli, and other infections. When we use our phones in this environment, they essentially become extensions of our hands. The only difference is that we don’t wash them before we leave.

According to a study from the University of Arizona, 9 phones out of 10 were found to be carrying disease-causing bacteria and 16% of them had invisible traces of excrement!

Considering that germs also multiply, these results are truly disturbing and disgusting.

So from now on, leave your phone in your pocket or bag when you go to washroom. And don’t forget to wash your hands thoroughly when you’re finished to avoid all those nasty, invisible germs.
